A MUSICAL LEGACY — THE CABASSE STORY

Cabasse is a French luxury high-fidelity audio company founded in 1950 by Georges Cabasse, an electrical engineer and descendant of French luthiers.
A pioneer of the coaxial speaker (aligning all drivers on the same axis for optimal sound coherence) and major technological advances in acoustic performance, he helped build the reputation of French high-fidelity worldwide. He created iconic speakers such as the Atlantis, La Sphère, the Galions, Sampans, and more, as well as designing unique installations like Le Grand Rex and La Géode in Paris.

True to its origins, Cabasse has always pursued the perfect reproduction of music and sound—without any alteration, coloration, or distortion.

Over the years (the brand is now over 75 years old), Cabasse has adapted to new uses and emerging technologies, especially in streaming, and has established itself in the Luxury Wireless Audio* market. This evolution accelerated after its acquisition in 2014 by Veom Group, a specialist since 2003 in connectivity technologies dedicated to the smart home universe.

This union of acoustic expertise and software innovation has enabled Cabasse to create the broadest range of high-resolution wireless systems, while continuing to expand its catalog of premium passive speakers.

Since 2003, Cabasse has been based at the Brest Technopole site, facing the ocean. The brand featuring the Lissajous symbol enjoys an inspiring and stimulating environment where acoustic innovation meets the raw beauty of the Breton coastline.
It is in this unique setting that our high-fidelity speakers are born—crafted with uncompromising standards to deliver acoustic emotions that endure over time.

Cabasse is present in more than 40 countries and is listed on Euronext Growth.
