Powerage is the fifth studio album by Australian hard rock band AC\/DC, released on 5 May 1978 in the United Kingdom and 20 May 1978 in the United States, by Albert Productions and Atlantic Records. This was the band’s first album to feature Cliff Williams on bass guitar, and it was also the first AC\/DC album not to have a title track (aside from the Australia-only High Voltage album) and the first worldwide not to be released with a different album cover. Powerage was re-released in 2003 as part of the AC\/DC Remasters series.<\/p>\n
