Leica Screen | 120″ Cinematic ALR Fixed-Frame Projector Screen

The Leica Screen | 120″ is a premium fixed-frame projection screen developed to complement the Leica Cine 1 | 120″ ultra-short-throw Laser TV. Its large 120-inch viewing surface creates an immersive cinematic presentation while preserving excellent contrast, natural colour reproduction and fine image detail.

Cinematic Screen for Large-Format Projection

The 120-inch Leica Screen uses a dedicated Cinematic surface rather than the Daylight material found on the smaller 80- and 100-inch versions. It is optimised for large-screen film viewing in rooms where ambient light can be reduced, providing a deep, engaging image with a particularly broad viewing area.

Ambient Light Rejection

The specialised ALR surface reduces the influence of unwanted side light and reflections while directing the light from the Leica Cine 1 towards the viewing area. This helps preserve contrast, dark-scene detail and colour intensity across the full 120-inch image.

Exceptionally Wide Viewing Angle

With a horizontal half-viewing angle of at least 70 degrees, the Leica Screen | 120″ allows viewers seated across a wide area to enjoy a consistent image. This makes it particularly suitable for larger living rooms, dedicated cinema rooms and installations with multiple seating positions.

Dark-Grey Cinematic Surface

The dark-grey projection surface is made from a combination of PET and PU materials. Its 0.59 gain factor is intended to support controlled brightness, enhanced perceived black levels and balanced image reproduction in appropriately darkened environments.

Optimised for the Leica Cine 1 | 120″

The screen is designed around the ultra-short-throw projection geometry of the Leica Cine 1 | 120″. Together, the projector and screen create a precisely matched system with stable image geometry, impressive light-to-dark gradation and detailed colour reproduction.

Stable Fixed-Frame Construction

The screen surface is held under consistent spring tension inside a rigid black frame. This keeps the material permanently flat, smooth and free from visible wrinkles, ensuring accurate image geometry across the entire projection area.

Discreet Wall-Mounted Installation

Despite its substantial 120-inch diagonal, the screen has a depth of only 31 mm. It therefore sits close to the wall and integrates neatly into a dedicated home cinema or contemporary living space.
