Marantz MCR 60n All-in-One Hi-Fi System

The Marantz MCR 60n is a compact all-in-one Hi-Fi system designed to bring traditional and modern music sources together in a single elegant component. It combines stereo amplification, an integrated CD player, HEOS network streaming, HDMI eARC, an MM phono stage and extensive wired and wireless connectivity, making it possible to build a complete music system simply by adding a pair of loudspeakers.

Compact Stereo Amplification

The MCR 60n delivers 65 watts per channel into 4 ohms in conventional stereo operation. Its flexible output architecture can also operate four amplified channels at 33 watts each, allowing Speaker A/B configurations, powered multi-room operation and alternative speaker arrangements from the same compact chassis.

Integrated CD Player

A built-in CD mechanism allows the MCR 60n to play conventional audio CDs as well as compatible CD-R and CD-RW discs. MP3 and WMA files recorded to supported discs can also be played, making the system suitable for both standard CD collections and archived digital music.

HEOS Multi-Room Streaming

Powered by HEOS, the MCR 60n provides direct access to network music and compatible streaming services while also integrating into a wider HEOS multi-room system. Spotify Connect, TIDAL, Deezer, Amazon Music and Internet Radio are supported, together with Apple AirPlay 2.

Roon Ready support allows the MCR 60n to function as a network endpoint within a Roon system, while Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi provide flexible network connectivity.

High-Resolution Audio

High-resolution playback extends to PCM files at up to 384 kHz and DSD up to 11.2 MHz through supported network and USB sources. Marantz has also upgraded the DAC section and tuned the system to deliver the natural, balanced presentation associated with the brand.

HDMI eARC for Television Sound

HDMI eARC allows a compatible television to be connected directly to the MCR 60n. Television programmes, films and games can therefore be reproduced through the main stereo loudspeakers, while compatible HDMI control allows everyday volume operation to remain simple.

Built-In MM Phono Stage

A dedicated moving-magnet phono input allows a turntable with a compatible MM cartridge to be connected directly without an external phono preamplifier. This makes the MCR 60n equally suitable for vinyl, CD and network streaming within the same compact system.

Flexible Speaker and Subwoofer Integration

The MCR 60n provides Speaker A and B outputs with individual volume control and supports bi-amping and parallel BTL configurations. A dedicated subwoofer pre-out allows an active subwoofer to be added for greater low-frequency extension, while the assignable main pre-out provides additional system flexibility.

Bluetooth and Headphone Listening

Bluetooth can be used for convenient playback from compatible mobile devices, and Bluetooth headphone transmission allows wireless headphones to receive audio directly from the system. A conventional front headphone output is also provided.

Compact Marantz Design

At only 280 mm wide, the MCR 60n is considerably smaller than a conventional full-size stereo amplifier. Its compact proportions, three-line OLED display and contemporary Marantz design make it particularly suitable for living rooms, offices and systems where space is limited without sacrificing source flexibility.
