Red Dawn 3 Power Cord uses Nordost’s Micro Mono-Filament construction, FEP insulation and three heavy-gauge OFC conductors. This design is intended to support fast, low-loss AC power transfer while helping to reduce the influence of unwanted EMI and RF interference.
This cable is suitable for integrated amplifiers, power amplifiers, preamplifiers, DACs, streamers, CD players, phono stages and other compatible components that use a standard IEC power connection. It is especially relevant for systems where the source, amplification and loudspeakers are already at a level where power delivery can become an audible part of the upgrade path.
Within the Leif 3 range, Red Dawn 3 represents the highest Nordost power-cable option before moving into more advanced Nordost cable families.
