On a good hi-fi system, Dreams: The Collection should reveal both sides of The Cranberries’ sound: the delicacy and spaciousness of Linger and Dreams, together with the weight, drive and layered guitars of Zombie and Promises. Dolores O’Riordan’s expressive vocal remains firmly at the centre throughout.
