The Audio Physic Stream 3 is a powerful 2.5-way floorstanding loudspeaker designed to deliver genuine audiophile performance, impressive dynamics and deep, controlled bass in both medium-sized and larger listening rooms.

Developed as part of the Stream Line, it combines Audio Physic’s advanced carbon diaphragm technology with a slim, elegant cabinet that is easy to accommodate in contemporary living spaces. Stream 3 is particularly well suited to modern integrated and all-in-one streaming amplifiers, allowing a highly capable music system to be created without unnecessary complexity.

2.5-Way Driver Configuration

Stream 3 uses a 2.5-way configuration consisting of a 45 mm HHCT-TPCD cone tweeter and two 180 mm Carbon-Kevlar drivers. The dedicated distribution of low- and mid-frequency duties allows the loudspeaker to combine strong bass extension with clear and naturally articulated midrange reproduction.

The twin 180 mm driver arrangement gives Stream 3 greater scale, dynamic capability and low-frequency authority than a compact bookshelf design, making it suitable for larger spaces and higher listening levels.

HHCT-TPCD Carbon Cone Tweeter

The 45 mm HHCT-TPCD tweeter uses Audio Physic’s Thin Ply Carbon Diaphragm technology. The carbon material was originally developed for applications in aerospace and high-performance motorsport, where low weight, high rigidity and precise structural control are essential.

Its extremely lightweight and rigid diaphragm allows rapid impulse response and precise reproduction of fine musical information. Subtle reverberation, spatial cues and upper harmonics remain clear and accurately defined, while controlled resonance behaviour helps the tweeter maintain a smooth and uncoloured balance at higher sound-pressure levels.

Twin 180 mm Carbon-Kevlar Drivers

The woofer and bass-midrange driver use diaphragms made from a combination of carbon fibre and Kevlar. Carbon provides the rigidity required for accurate pistonic movement, while Kevlar contributes effective internal damping.

This material combination helps suppress unwanted cone resonances and allows the drivers to follow the musical signal with speed and precision. Bass notes are reproduced with depth and control, voices retain their natural body, and instruments remain clearly separated even during complex musical passages.

High Sensitivity and Confident Dynamics

With a sensitivity of 91 dB, Stream 3 is capable of producing convincing scale and dynamics without requiring an exceptionally powerful amplifier. Audio Physic recommends amplifier power between 25 and 170 watts.

The frequency range extends from 36 Hz to 40 kHz, providing substantial low-frequency reach together with highly extended treble reproduction. Its 4-ohm nominal impedance makes Stream 3 a suitable partner for high-quality integrated amplifiers and powerful streaming amplifiers designed to drive modern loudspeakers confidently.

Made for Modern Streaming Systems

The Stream Line was created to provide a straightforward path to high-quality music reproduction. Combined with a modern all-in-one streaming amplifier, Stream 3 can form a complete system with a minimal number of components and cables.

This uncomplicated approach does not come at the expense of musical performance. Stream 3 retains the precision, transparency, dynamic contrast and spatial presentation associated with Audio Physic loudspeakers.

Slim and Timeless Cabinet Design

Although capable of filling larger rooms, Stream 3 uses a narrow cabinet measuring only 195 mm wide. Clean surfaces and balanced proportions help the speaker appear discreet and elegant rather than visually dominant.

The loudspeakers are available in painted Satin White, painted Satin Black and Walnut real wood veneer. Black magnetic fabric grilles and a spike set are included.

Audio Physic VCF vibration-control feet are available separately as an optional upgrade. They are designed to reduce unwanted vibration transfer between the loudspeaker and the floor while protecting delicate surfaces.
