14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (private individual), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How to return an item

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by an unambiguous statement (e.g., email). A free-form message with your order number and the items you wish to return is sufficient.

Return deadline

You must send the goods back to us (or hand them over) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Condition of returned goods (diminished value)

You may handle and test the goods only as you would in a physical store to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for such checks, you are responsible for the diminished value.

When assessing diminished value, we consider the condition of the item, completeness (all accessories, manuals, packaging), and any traces of use (scratches, marks, missing parts, damage). Where applicable, we will document the condition with photos and provide a clear explanation of any deduction.

The return must be complete, including all accessories, cables, adapters, remotes, documentation, and any serial-numbered items (where applicable). Missing items or incomplete returns may result in a deduction as compensation for diminished value.

Please pack the return securely. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may be treated as diminished value.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us).

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

Return shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, non-conformity, or an error on our side (e.g., wrong item delivered).

Exceptions (when the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply)

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (but not limited to):

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed audio/video recordings and computer software if unsealed after delivery.
  • Sealed media and consumable components that substantially lose their resale value once unsealed (for example, vinyl records, CDs, and sealed cartridges/styli and other phono pickup components), if unsealed after delivery.

Defective or non-conforming goods

If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint under applicable law. Please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and photos where relevant, and we will propose a solution.

Business customers (B2B)

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers (private individuals). Purchases made by legal entities or for business purposes are handled under B2B terms and do not include a mandatory 14-day “no-reason” return, unless agreed in writing in advance.
