To “feed” the Moving Coil (MC) Goldfinger Statement V2.1 with appropriate music material, Clearaudio has established a dedicated music production department specializing in audiophile recordings of all genres.
The MC Goldfinger Statement (V1) was the first cartridge with integrated HF shielding. The high sound quality of this world-class cartridge is the result of meticulous detail improvements and fine-tuning of all values. The breakthrough came with the use of a 30% thinner 24-carat gold wire for the coils, a precision-ground gold bracket for securing the magnet block, and a body made of 585 gold – essential core components for the ultimate cartridge masterpiece.
