14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a private individual acting outside your business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

How to return an item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by an unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail. A free-form message stating your order number and the items you wish to return is sufficient.

Return deadline

You must send the goods back to us, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Condition of returned goods and diminished value

You may handle and test the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.

If the goods have been handled or used beyond what is necessary for such examination, you may be responsible for any resulting diminished value.

When assessing diminished value, we may take into account the condition of the goods, their completeness, any missing accessories or components, and visible signs of use, damage or wear. Where appropriate, we will document the condition of the returned goods and provide an explanation of any deduction.

Where reasonably possible, the goods should be returned complete with all accessories, cables, adapters, remote controls, documentation and original packaging. Missing items, damage or other factors that demonstrably reduce the value of the goods may result in a deduction corresponding to the actual diminished value.

Please pack the return securely. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may result in a deduction corresponding to the diminished value of the goods.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Return shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, non-conformity with the contract or an error on our side, for example if an incorrect item was delivered.

Exceptions to the 14-day right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases provided by law, including:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software if the packaging or seal has been opened after delivery. This includes, for example, sealed vinyl records and CDs.

Other statutory exceptions may apply where provided by applicable law.

Defective or non-conforming goods

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable law.

Please contact us as soon as possible, describe the issue and, where relevant, provide photographs or other information that helps us assess the problem. We will review the matter and propose an appropriate solution.

Business customers (B2B)

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers — private individuals acting outside their business or professional activity.

Purchases made by legal entities or for business or professional purposes are not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
