Nordost QKORE3 Ground Unit is a passive parallel grounding device from Nordost’s QRT range, designed for grounding audio components on the secondary side of the power supply.
Equipped with three binding posts, QKORE3 is suitable for systems where individual components such as preamplifiers, sources or DACs need a cleaner grounding reference.

QKORE3 is most relevant when you want to ground individual audio components such as preamplifiers, DACs, source components or streamers. If your system also uses QBASE or mono power amplifiers, QKORE6 may be a more complete solution.
Nordost QKORE3 Ground Unit
Nordost QKORE3 Ground Unit is part of Nordost’s QRT system optimisation range and is designed for grounding audio components within high-performance hi-fi systems.
Unlike QKORE1, which is aimed at grounding the power distribution side of the system, QKORE3 is intended for the secondary side of the power supply — the audio circuit side. It provides three multi-use binding posts for connecting selected components via suitable QKORE wires.
QKORE3 can be used with components such as preamplifiers, source components, DACs, streamers and other audio electronics where a parallel grounding solution may help improve system coherence, reduce perceived noise and support a cleaner reference point.
In many systems, QKORE3 is a practical choice when the goal is to ground several key audio components without moving immediately to the larger QKORE6 model. It can also be used as part of a broader Nordost QRT setup together with QBASE, QKORE Wire and appropriate power cabling.
Because grounding connections are system-specific, correct placement and connection points should be chosen carefully. The most effective connection may vary depending on the component, system layout and available inputs or grounding points.
