Nordost Purple Flare 3 Power Cord is part of the Nordost Leif 3 series and is designed to improve the quality of AC power delivery to compatible hi-fi components.

Purple Flare 3 Power Cord uses Nordost’s Micro Mono-Filament construction, OFC conductors and FEP insulation. This design is intended to support fast, low-loss power transfer while reducing the influence of unwanted EMI and RF interference.
This cable is suitable for a wide range of components, including integrated amplifiers, CD players, DACs, streamers, phono stages, preamplifiers and other devices that use a compatible IEC power connection.
Within the Nordost Leif 3 range, Purple Flare 3 is a logical step above the most basic power-cable options and can be used as a serious first upgrade in a carefully built hi-fi system. It can also be combined with other Purple Flare 3 cables, or used together with Blue Heaven 3 and Red Dawn 3 cables depending on the level and balance of the system.
For best results, choose the correct length for your setup and avoid tight bends, unnecessary cable tension or poor contact at the wall socket or component inlet. Before ordering, please check the connector type required by your equipment.
